Purple and Green

Brandywine zoo in Wilmington, Deleware. It was so hot, that the animals chose to stay inside their caves and we couldn't see most of them. I had to satisfy myself with flower pictures :)

The show must go on :-)

Nice Shot, but I guess you'd want to move a bit towards your right. The distractions in the background would have gone away ...

Nice flowers.... although I think if you cropped it a bit more so that the flowers would come more into focus, it would be awesome! (just an observation....) :)

thanks Ian .. and it will :-)

Koushik .. proud papa .. thanks for stopping by. Congrats! ur right abt the background .. i came across a discussion in another forum abt how a good background is so important. alas .. dint realize it while taking it ..

BCW .. thanks. yeah, i agree on that one too!

You have captured nice colors here. However as Kausik said the background could have been much better. A good DOF would have helped. Also, maybe you could have avoided the dried up flowers at the bottom.

dude!
what camera do you use?

thanks suyog. u r right about all that .. :)

dear anon .. :) i use a minolta dimage F200.
